1 handful of chopped, washed kale  (1/2 cup)


1 handful of blackberries (1 cup)

1 whole banana, sliced


1 handful of strawberries, sliced (1 cup)

1 pitted date (for sweetness) optional

1 cup of coconut water (or plain water)
