Actress, dancer, model and television personality Brooke Burke has a beautiful Malibu home. The home was up for sale in 2011 for $1.5 million but no luck in selling. Burke’s decided if she couldn’t sell it, she would use it as rental property $75K a month. She and husband David Charvet purchsed the home in 1998 for $1.25 million and decided to renovate it to become the 6,769-square-foot ‘Chateau Charvet’ that is is today. Chateau Charvet is a five-bedroom home that features an 18th century fountain, an infinity swimming pool and spa, French fireplaces, a hidden screening room, and a wine cellar.
