NFL’s greatest player, Deion Sanders has put his Dallas penthouse up for sale for a second time. The first time around Deion was asking for $7.5 million, this time only $4.8 million. Sanders’ residence features 5,081 square feet with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The grand foyer is lined in black marble, gourmet kitchen and vaulted two-story living room highlight the penthouse apartment’s finer interior features. The building’s amenities at The Azure range from 24/7 concierge and valet services to a fitness center to a 17-seat movie theater. However, Prime Time’s penthouse has it’s own private pool. The penthouse is only accessible via a private elevator and includes access to a private rooftop patio complete with a pool, wet bar, outdoor fireplace and an array of cabanas.
