Peach Bellini
Ingredients:
6 ounces spumanti
1 ounce Peach Schnapps
Sliced frozen peaches
ice
Prep:
Add a few frozen peach slices and liquor to the blender. Blend this to the consistency that you desire. Add more liquor or peaches as needed. Add ice and continue to blend until you achieve a nice frozen texture. Pour into your glass and garnish with peaches.
