Bush-Harris is a soon-to-be author, turning her experiences from motherhood into a memoir and children’s book.
“I’m very excited about it. When I got pregnant, it was scary, being pregnant, having a child. It was a little bit overwhelming for me. So I started writing it all down. And it was funny for me when I went back and read it. And I said this would be a really cute nursery book because it’s relatable to other mothers, especially mothers who had children in their 30s instead of in their 20s. It’s a very entertaining book and I’m trying to turn it into a series. And then I had my second child and that’s another story altogether. It’s all about the kids and family for me.”
