“Married To Medicine” reactions
On the latest episode of Bravo’s latest reality TV debacle “Married To Medicine”, viewers saw the ladies attend a lakeside party at Mariah Huq’s lavish mansion. The wife to Dr. Aydin Huq was a gracious host to Kari Wells, Toya Bush-Harris and Simone Whitmore as well as their families but it was when Quad Webb-Lunceford arrived that things took a drastic turn. Quad, who previously feuded with two of the ladies, quickly set her sights on Kari in a move she called “skinning a cat.”
After Kari admitted to dating her now husband Dr. Duncan Wells while he was legally separated from his wife, Quad dubbed her a “medical mistress” and slammed her for her thin frame. “Where are you? In someone’s anorexic clinic?” asked Quad. Kari later confirmed that she indeed did have a battle with the eating disorder and has since responded to Quad’s attack in a Bravo TV blog.
“I have to congratulate her [Quad] on her use of alliteration with her cute little term “Medical Mistress” but she is wrong,” wrote Kari. “I was never my husband’s mistress or anyones mistress. A mistress implies secrecy and deceit. From the very beginning our relationship was out in the open.”
