Burpee Push Shuffle

This exercise is great for arms, legs and abs.


1. Stand straight then squat down with hands touching the ground. This is the squat position and the starting position.

2. Throw your legs back while keeping them together. You should be in a startup push up position.


3. Bend at the elbows and do a push up.

4. Push your body and arms back up to complete the push up. Bring legs back up.

5. With as much force as you can, jump up and jump as high as you can from the squat position. Land on your toes.

6.  Shuffle left and touch the ground, then shuffle to the right and touch the ground.

7. Go back to center and repeat for 10 reps.
