Katy Perry is finally moving on from the last chapter of her marriage to Russell Brand. Recently, Brand was spotted on the property removing what was believed to be the last of his belongings. The couple paid $6.5 million for the 8,835 square feet home which features seven bedrooms and nine baths. The Spanish-style home reminds you of a castle with a staircase leading to the top of the tower. Perry is asking $6.925 for the property in hopes of making a profit.
