Muslim reality show bashed
In 2012, TLC’s controversial reality show “All-American Muslim,” which followed several Muslim families in and around Detroit, was met with harsh anti-Muslim criticism resulting in Lowe’s pulling its advertising from the show. Though celebs like Russell Simmons and Mia Farrow protested Lowe’s, the show was quickly canceled.
