Tamerlan and Dzhokar Tsarnaev
Two Chechen brothers, Tamerlan, 26, and Dzhokar Tsarnaev, 19, who are alleged perpetrators in the Boston Marathon bombings on Monday, April 15, 2013 (Patriot’s Day) are believed to have acted on their own in the bombings. Tamerlan was involved in a shootout with police and is now dead; his younger brother is in critical condition.
