Tucker originally tried to sell the spacious crib in 2011 but he couldn’t find a buyer. However, it was worth the wait. The 41-year-old comedian made a $1 million profit selling the house for $2.1 million.
The home features five bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, multiple balconies overlooking LA, a pool and a spa.
