Bronx, N.Y., native Jennifer Lopez has reportedly agreed to pay $10 million for an expansive summer home in the Hamptons. The 8,659-square-foot home sits on a three-acre spread in Water Mill, N.Y. The home was built in 2004 and includes eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with amenities such as a theater, a pool, pool house, sauna, steam room and private theater.
