Can you think of a time when you would not need your cell phone? These recent graduates at Howard University’s 2013 Commencement certainly wouldn’t add graduation day to the list. From calling or texting family and friends, taking pictures for Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to videotaping, they all needed their phones.
