Tuna and whole wheat crackers


Tuna and whole wheat crackers are a great post-workout snack. Tuna is low in fat but is high in  protein and a heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acid fish. Wheat crackers are an excellent source of energizing carbs. To cut down on the fat content use olive oil mayo instead of the regular extra fattening mayo.
