Porsha Stewart just can’t seem to catch a break when it comes to her marriage. It’s only been two months since the new “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star had the rug pulled from under her when her husband, Kordell Stewart, filed for divorce. Now, not only has Stewart called it quits on their marriage but it appears that he’s now allegedly locked Porsha out of their home as well.
According to TMZ, Porsha recently filed legal documents in a family court claiming that Stewart has locked her out of their mansion on several occasions, forcing her to get her lawyer to beg Stewart’s people for a key.
However, Stewart reportedly has yet to give Porsha a key for the latest set of locks. Sources say Porsha is currently staying with her mom.
In the documents, Porsha also claims that she tried to reconcile with her husband during a mediation session. Things went south when Stewart blew it off and called it “a waste of everyone’s time.”
Porsha is now asking that a judge either force Stewart to allow her the use of their home or pay for her “suitable alternative residence.”
Clearly, Stewart, who also previously claimed that Porsha is a bad mother, is not interested in playing nice with Porsha and we doubt that he’s going to willingly pony up a key or some money for Porsha. Expect this divorce to get even nastier before it gets any better.
