Don’t recall this guy? Ever been to a wedding? Well, then you’ve probably heard his uber-sappy hit from back in the day, “With You.” It’s his only hit, really–and while Terry had vocal chops, that bit of Hallmark-ish songwriting is his only claim to fame. Well, that–and also having the weakest flat-top of the early 90s.
