How many mansions does one celebrity couple need? Obviously Ellen DeGeneres and wife, Portia de Rossi, share a love for buying houses. While most people are addicted to buying multiple cars,motorcycles and things of this sort, this couple continues to rack up in real estate. It is being reported that this is ninth property for the couple in ten years. The latest purchase is a 10,522-square-foot, six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Montecito, California that sits on 13 acres close to the beach and the mountains. The home even has it’s own name: The Saladino Villa. DeGeneres and de Rossi are now neighbors with Oprah Winfrey, Carol Burnett, and Tipper Gore.
