Crunches alone won’t do it
Diet and a good cardio routine are the most important factors to losing the unwanted weight. Spend 20 minutes per day three to five times weekly doing cardio and 15 minutes per day three times a week strength training. Only about 5 minutes per day three times a week doing abs exercises is needed to sculpt abs.
Salt matters
Use natural sea salt or kosher salt, which is lower in sodium teaspoon for teaspoon than traditional table salts.
