Running is the best total body workout you can do. Whether on the treadmill or outdoors, an early morning run will rev up the metabolism and ready to take on the day. If you aren’t a morning person, pick a time that works best for you to keep consistent. If you are a beginner, don’t try to overdue it, gradually build yourself to run the full three to five miles per day.
