Press Reset Entertainment was super excited to get a call from WSB-TV anchor and Genesis Shelter board member Jovita Moore to organize an event for the shelter. So we planned a wonderful day of pampering for the moms at the Genesis Shelter on Saturday, May 18.
Although it was a week after Mother’s Day, it was still a day to celebrate the awesome moms there. We enlisted some of our beauty experts: Lisa Pope, Nicole Murphy, Eboni Elektra, Keenya Moolon, Kelli Easley, Dorothea Hofler and Joycelyn Bergeron to come and do nails, massages, hair curling and makeup. On top of all of the pampering, celebrity fashion stylist Shun Melson bought every mother and each one of their children a pair of brand new shoes. Press Reset Ent. provided gift bags full of goodies – lotion, makeup, nail polish and more. Christi Hector, owner of Pink Sky Boutique, donated beautiful jewelry including earrings, bangles, necklaces, etc. for each mom and CamiCakes donated yummy cupcakes. Chantel Watkins of Honesty Jewelry brought gave mom an amazing Honesty bracelet, L’Oréal Paris provided a big bag of Maybelline The Falsies Big Eyes Mascara for the ladies to get their “eyes popping” and lastly Chef Shombe Catering provided box lunches. It was truly at “good day” at the Genesis Shelter and the ladies were all very happy with their makeovers. We look forward to our next event at Genesis for the Christmas holiday.
