Michelle and Usher were a perfect fit this season. She is a natural performing but with Usher as her coach, he really helped improve her stage presence. Shakira comments that her humility and her talent combined will definitely make the perfect recipe for long-term success. Team Usher definitely has a clear shot of winning the crown.
Team Blake
The Swon Brothers
New song: “I Can’t Tell You Why” by The Eagles
Re-performed: Danny’s Song” by Kenny Loggins
The Swon Brothers and Blake Shelton
The song: “Celebrity” by Brad Paisley
The Swon Brothers are the first duo to ever make it to the finalist round on “The Voice.” With the brothers singing and playing their instruments, they proved why they are still in it to win it. Usher and Adam both praised the duo for being able to take someone else’s song and put their own personality and flavor to it without ruining it.
Danielle Bradbery
Songs: “Maybe It Was Memphis” by Pam Tillis
Re-performed: “Born to Fly” by Sara Evans
Danielle Bradbery and Blake Shelton
The song: “Timber I’m Falling In Love” by Patty Loveless
The young and sweet Danielle is the youngest at 16, to make it this far in the competition. Coach Blake just can’t praise her enough. Her duet with coach Blake may have been a little creepy for the two to be singing as it is a uptempo country love song. “You, my friend, are definitely a special thing,” said Usher, while Levine joked yet again, “Your perfection is beginning to bore me at this point!”
