Las Vegas resident Wesley Warren, 48, had a 132-pound scrotum surgically removed at no cost to him. He was desperate to remove the testicles; however, he’s unhappy with the result: his one-inch penis. A team of surgeons in California performed the 13-hour operation for free to remove the excess tissue caused by fluid build up and completely rebuilt his scrotum.
