Chris Brown accused of assaulting another woman; he responds on Twitter

Chris Brown has been accused of deliberately causing serious injury to a 24-year-old woman inside an Orange County, Calif. nightclub Saturday night. The alleged victim says the injury to her leg is so serious that she’ll require surgery.

Deanna Gines said she was in the VIP section with Brown at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, a distant suburb of Los Angeles where he had just performed. When the bar was about to close, she claims Breezy shoved her to the ground. Gines told the media that the shove was deliberate and she fell hard on her knees.

Gines told tmz.com she filed a police report, the Anaheim Police Department confirmed that a female did indeed file a report for assault inside the club, but refused to confirm that it was Brown whom she points the finger at.


Gines claims that when she visited a physician they told her she had suffered torn ligaments in her right knee. She’s going to see another doc later this week and she says she’s already been told she may have to go under the knife.

Brown quickly countered on Twitter, his chief device of communication with the outside world, and here’s what he had to say:
