New England Patriot tight end Aaron Hernandez has been taken into police custody at his home in North Attleboro this morning.
A number of law enforcement officials in suits entered his home at about 8:45 a.m. and by 8:47 a.m., officers walked out of the home with Hernandez in handcuffs and placed him in the back of a police cruiser.
Hernandez remains at the center of an investigation involving the shooting death of 27-year-old acquaintance Odin Lloyd.
