Peach Bellini
Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces prosecco, champagne, or dry sparkling wine
  • 1 ounce peach schnapps
  • frozen peaches, sliced  (canned peaches for a sweeter taste)
  • ice

Method:


In a blender add the frozen peaches sliced and the liquor, then puree.  The mixture should look slushy. Taste the mix and add more peaches or wine if you think it is necessary. Add the ice and blend so the mixture is a frozen texture. Pour into glasses and enjoy. Add a peach slice for a garnish, if you want to.
