A 15-year-old girl could receive jail time for sharing a sexually explicit photo. According reports, the Florida teen took a picture of a female classmate engaging in oral sex with a male student. The students engaging in sex were also 15 years old.
Although both of the females were once friends, they had a disagreement and were no longer on speaking terms. The girl who took the picture decided to show classmates the picture and shared the photo through text messages and on social networks.
The girl was eventually caught by an employee at Wiregrass Ranch High School who saw her show the photo to other students. The employee took the phone and it was turned over to authorities.
Once police discovered the photo, the 15-year-old girl was arrested at her home and charged with felony child porn.
