Chad Johnson poses for picture with Amiyah Scott
A defunct NFL player was highly criticized over the weekend after he posed for a picture with a popular transgender model. Chad Johnson was spotted at the Essence Music Festival Saturday presumably partying and meeting fans. While there, however, he stopped and posed for pictures with Amiyah Scott, a female model who successfully transitioned from a man to a woman and is lauded for her good looks.
“Lol @Ochocinco,” Scott captioned one photo.
“What’s understood ain’t gotta be explained,” she captioned another.
Following the twosome’s photo frenzy several fans on Twitter reacted negatively to the photo op and surmised that Johnson was a homosexual.
“People are calling @Ochocinco gay for taking that picture with Amiyah Scott. He IS and he follows her!,” said one.
“Ewwww!,” added another who retweeted one of their pics.
Johnson has since issued a response to the negativity on Twitter.
