Mayte gets major news about her adoption
Mayte gets a call from her laywer and learns that the adoption has officially been approved. He tells her that Mayte is now free to pick up the baby whenever she’s ready and take her home for good. Mayte is overwhelmed with Joy and tells her mom the big news. And although Mayte’s mom still isn’t excited about the adoption, she decides to be supportive of her daughter anyway.
