Drink and eat more water

Water is the only drink that will keep the body and skin hydrated; however, there are also foods that have high water content that you should consider eating to stay hydrated. Foods like watermelon, cucumbers, pineapples, grapefruit and some lettuces such as iceberg.

Exercise

The amount of time you need to commit to exercises to look great in your wedding dress is determined by how much weight you want to lose. Anywhere from three to five days a week of cardio combined with weight training will speed up your metabolism and help you drop weight and tone. Exercising will also help keep stress levels low so that you don’t become a ‘bridezilla.’ You will feel great because you look great on your big day just by exercising a few times a week.

Eat more pineapple

On your day, you want picture perfect skin free of acne and blemishes, right? Pineapples are known to reduce inflammation which is what you don’t want on your wedding day.  This delicious tropical fruit, which is 85 percent water, is also good for helping your digestion which will help remove toxins from the body faster. Toxins can lead to bloating and breakouts. No bride wants either on the day of the wedding.
