Clean up your diet
Now would be a good time to detox and eat clean. By minimizing or even eliminating processed foods with a more natural, plant-based diet, you will notice a difference in your skin as well as your energy levels. Eating processed foods and meats can cause toxins to circulate the body which will lead to breakouts, bloating and an overall sluggish feeling.
Exfoliate your face and body
Instead of just washing your face and body with soap and water, exfoliate the skin to rid it of all the dirt and excess dead skin. Natural products such as oatmeal, lemon, sugar and honey are excellent exfoliates that will scrub that dead dull skin away and leave you with a beautiful glow.
Change up your skincare routine
Keep your skincare routine as simple and natural as possible and avoid products with a long list of ingredients. Get a routine that works for you and is easy to stick to leading up to your wedding day.
Be picky about beauty products
If using natural products such as honey, lemon and avocado aren’t enough for your skin, non-toxic beauty products are the best. You don’t want products that are going to clog your pores and undo all the hard work of everything else you’ve done to avoid breakouts and inflammation. If you wear makeup, be sure to wash it off daily before bed.
