It’s a sad state of affairs when a 10-year-old girl is taken from her parents’ home in a police cruiser, fingerprinted and handed an orange jumpsuit. What’s the charge? Raping a 4-year-old boy.
The little girl was taken to the Juvenile Justice Center in downtown Houston where she was locked up for four days. Her name and the name of her victim is being withheld because of their ages.
