Tami Roman says that Shaunie O’Neal is ‘shady’

Tami Roman & Shaunie O'Neal

Things between “Basketball Wives” buddies Tami Roman, Evelyn Lozada and Shaunie O’Neal have been going sour all season long. O’Neal and Lozada both told their cast mate Tasha Marbury that things could either go “really right or really wrong” after she met Roman. Now, in another vlog recap of the latest “BBW” episode, Roman addresses her recent altercation with Lozada and claimed that O’Neal is a shady person.

During Monday night’s episode, Roman nearly came to blows with Lozada when she jumped in her face after Lozada  called her a “b—-.” Although Roman admits to going over the edge with Lozada, she pats herself on the back for not hitting her.

“I don’t think anybody out there in life likes to be called out of their name,” Roman said.

“Yes, I jumped out my seat, but let’s be clear: I didn’t punch her in her face. I didn’t do that; I was able to contain myself,” Roman stated. “I did not fight Evelyn. She was smart. She’s a smart cookie; she kept that a– in that seat. That was good.”

Luckily, things weren’t so dramatic between Roman and O’Neal. Roman applauds O’Neal’s new open-stance about her opinions, she claims that O’Neal has now turned into a shady gossiper.

“I love the fact that you are speaking your mind,” Roman said about O’Neal, whom she’s previously claimed that she’s no longer speaking to. “But here’s the problem with what I’m seeing over the course of shows: You’re looking a little shady because before anybody else can say anything, you done took it back [to other people].”

“Don’t be going back telling everything before a person can get a chance to tell it themselves,” she added.

Well, clearly Roman and O’Neal’s friendship has become the latest casualty to the reality show curse. Unfortunately, they’re not alone. Check out some other broken reality TV friendships below. – nicholas robinson
