The LGBT Community Gains Religious Support
In a surprising turn of events, Pope Francis turned heads a few months ago when he claimed that he had no right to judge the LGBT community. Later on, Pope Francis shocked the world again when he claimed that the Roman Catholic Church has become “obsessed” with the LGBT community and should not intrude on the lives of gay people. Former South African archbishop Desmond Tutu also claimed that he’d rather go to hell than a homophobic heaven.
