Patricia Montes, 15, and Erica Avery, 16, are accused of relentlessly beating (kicking, hair pulling, dragging, and punching) an unnamed 16-year-old and holding her down to be raped. Jayvon Woolfork, 19, Montes and Avery told their sex slave the beating would stop if she submitted and had sex with Woolfork.

This all took place after the victim engaged in marijuana smoking and drinking with girls she thought were her friends. She’d been friends with Montes since kindergarten.

Fortunately for the victim, justice will be served. The brutal attack was recorded on a cellphone by Lanel Singleton, 18.

In the series of videos, the young victim is shown half naked in physical pain, writhing and sobbing in the front yard of the Hollywood, Fla., home as her attackers stood over her as she moans, “Take me home.” She was beaten outside, pepper sprayed and then forcefully taken inside the house.

Along with the aforementioned participants, Dwight Henry, 17, has also been charged in the attack. The victim tells authorities Montes, Avery, Singleton and Henry dragged her into a room and held her down while Woolford raped her.

Cellphone footage also shows the young girl begging to be allowed to leave the home before the attack took place.

In the video, a male voice is heard saying, “They don’t like this girl.” A female responds, “I told you we were gonna f— somebody up.” Another female pleads,  “Just let this girl get up and go home.”

Once she was freed, Avery spit on her. The victim flagged a ride home where she fell unconscious and was later hospitalized.

The victim is distraught and baffled by the turn of events. When asked  by police if she knew why she was betrayed, she answers, “I don’t know. I honestly don’t know. I just don’t ever want to see them again. I mean, I thought Patricia, I thought they were my friends. And for them to do something like that, it’s just really messed up and cruel, and sick in the head.”

Prosecutor Maria Schneider offers details of the crime. She said, “The cruelty shown on this video . . . this was repeated over and over again . . . The girls are trying to remove her bra. You saw the victim sitting on the toilet crying, her face blown up and swollen from injuries, and then they beat her.” (Note: Sexual intercourse and activity was not recorded.)

The judge adds, “This 16-year-old woman, both of her eyes were closed from being beaten, she had blood coming from one of her ears.”

The victim accuses her attackers of throwing her down stairs and smashing her face on the concrete, breaking bones near both eyes, which were nearly swollen shut. She was temporarily blind.

Montes and Avery are being charged as adults with two counts of felony armed sexual assault and kidnapping. Henry, Singleton and Woolfork all face charges of capital felony sexual assault and kidnapping. All have pleaded not guilty and remain detained, with the exception of Montes. Singleton’s attorney has asked the court to separate his case from the four co-defendants, saying he was a bystander in the incident.
