Things between Kenya Moore and NeNe Leakes have been going downhill all season long as the two former friends have been steadily taking jabs at each other, both in front of the camera and online. On the latest episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Leakes took blatant shots at Moore’s eviction woes and her love life and now, after a bit of silence, Moore has finally fired back at Leakes with a scathing Bravo blog post.
During Sunday night’s episode, Leakes was paying a visit to Porsha Williams in her new home when she brought up Moore’s recent move and claimed that the beauty queen was too broke to move into a big home.
Well, Moore didn’t take too kindly to that and she claimed that she’s doing better, financially, than Leakes.
“The shade is real. Why is NeNe so concerned with my house, car, or man?” Moore questioned. “Yes, I moved from a 7,000-square-foot home to 5,000. Still larger than the one she’s rented for five years, yet, larger than the one I owned for 15 years … but who’s counting but her? Yes, I have a brand-new Bentley; it’s just a car! Since she’s in need of an upgrade she should get her man to buy her a new one from their shared bank account.”
During the latest episode, Leakes also claimed that Moore was lying about dating her secret, so-called “African prince.” Moore, of course, wasn’t fond of that either and hurled another barrage of shade in Leakes’ direction.
“As far as my ‘invisible man,’ NeNe is, in fact, the only woman in the group who has met my ‘African ‘prince’ so she knows he exists,” Moore wrote. “Typically, very successful men who are into you don’t seek the spotlight, unlike the attention whore husbands some of the women are with. The fact that she would try to throw shade about this now is laughable to me. Are you surprised?”
Well, if the previews for Sunday night’s upcoming episode are any indication, things between Leakes and Moore are finally going to come to a head again when they end up in yet another mega fight.
