Peter Thomas
In 2009 Peter Thomas was accused of assaulting a female employee at his now defunct club Uptown. The woman alleged that during an argument with Thomas he violently pushed her. At least one witness testified however that the woman slipped and fell on her own.
The business owner had a bench trial and was cleared of all wrongdoing.
