Apollo Nida Phaedra Parks separation rumor
After news spread that Apollo Nida had been arrested for bank fraud, many suspected that his attorney wife would soon leave him. As previously reported, the “RHOA” star is accused of creating fake companies to commit nearly $3 million in bank fraud. He’s also accused of using an accomplice, an Atlanta woman named Gayla St. Julien, to do his bidding.
Since St. Julien was identified there have been whispers that she and Nida were involved in much more than shady business practices. Furthermore, there are rumors that Apollo and Parks have long been separated, hence Parks’ silence on his legal troubles.
Sister2Sister recently reported on the Phaedra and Apollo separation this way; “Phaedra has been pretty quiet about the controversial news and has been busy promoting her book tour. Some wonder whether that’s an indication that the two have separated. Reportedly, Phaedra caught wind of Apollo’s alleged shady dealings months ago and has since kicked him out of the house and limited their interactions to co-parenting and media appearances.
And when the mag tweeted about the rumored separation (below) Nida replied directly.
“NEVER!!!!” wrote the accused thief on social media.

Nida will appear in court on Feb. 12, 2014, for a preliminary hearing.
In the meantime, he is continuing to brazenly tweet about his situation and recently posted a clip from a Forbes magazine article detailing his case.
