Angela Stanton and Phaedra Parks court date
Is author Angela Stanton is finally getting her day in court with Phaedra Parks? As previously reported Stanton penned Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell the Truth and Shame the Devil about Parks and her husband Apollo Nida. According to Stanton the couple was involved in criminal activity eerily similar to the charges Nida is currently facing today.
After noting that she feels “vindicated” by his arrest, a rumor is swirling that Stanton will face off with Phaedra Parks Tuesday February 4.
According to the rumor mill, after several rescheduling issues, Stanton and Parks will meet in an Atlanta courtroom for Stanton’s lawsuit that includes accusations of defamation, tortious interference with business relationships and punitive damages.
Unfortunately for those siding with Stanton, the February court date rumor is completely false.
Stanton is currently being represented by lawyer James Radford who confirmed that the two will not come face to face February 4, 2013.

When the two finally meet in court however, it should be especially interesting considering that Parks was unceremoniously dropped by her lawyers B.J. Bernstein and Lin Wood in 2013.
It is unclear who is now representing Parks but there are rumors that she will represent herself.
