Chris Brown may be trying to get his act together, but it seems like he just can’t escape his past full of trouble. Unfortunately for Brown, news reports have revealed that the troubled singer is now being sued for $3 million over an alleged homophobic attack last year.

The lawsuit stems from a high-profile fight that Brown was allegedly involved in last October in Washington, D.C., with a man named Parker Adams.

According to TMZ, Adams is claiming in his lawsuit that he was outside the W Hotel and tired to photobomb a picture with Brown and two fans. Adams claims that an enraged Brown hurled homophobic threats at him — “I ain’t down with that gay s—” — and then beat him and broke his nose.

Brown, however, has claimed that Adams was the aggressor and that his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, acted to protect him from Adams, who was allegedly trying to force his way onto Brown’s tour bus.

Adams is suing both Brown and Hollosy, demanding $1 million from each of them for his injuries, and another $500K from each for punitive damages.

We’ll have to see how this plays out, but Brown isn’t the only celeb accused of blatant homophobia. Check out some other alleged homophobic offenders below. –nicholas robinson
