On March 1, a concerned father found his 11-year-old riding with Christopher Simms, 30, in Lorain, Ohio. According to reports, the 11-year-old girl met the 30-year-old man on Facebook.
The two eventually met off-line and began living together. The girl told authorities that she engaged in sex with Simms on Feb. 26.
Simms is being held on $1 million bail.
