According to the Centers for Disease Control, HIV rates are once again rising and the rate of new HIV infections is highest among black males. Rolling out magazine has compiled a list of 10 cities black woman should be aware of based on HIV rates. This information is from a report issued by the CDC titled, “Epidemiology of HIV Infection United States – 2013.”
