Angela Taylor, Harold Keeling and Tamika Williams Help Celebrate the Role Fathers Play in Developing Confidence in Girls
In celebration of fathers, WNBA legend Tamika Williams hosted “WNBA Dads & Daughters Changing the Conversation with MBIB.” The WNBA and P&G’s My Black is Beautiful is designed to welcome fathers into the beauty conversation and celebrate dads who encourage, mentor and motivate their daughters to know their Black is beautiful.
WNBA’s Atlanta Dream president and general manager, Angela Taylor, and NBA legend Harold Keeling, along with his daughter participated on the panel. Special invited guests included young ladies and their dads from Project GRAD.
The dads and daughters event was held at Atlanta’s Philips Arena.
