What is your mission statement?

To liberate the human spirit through meaningful connection by indexing the live content from every radio station on the planet in real-time on one globally accessible and sharable platform.

What three skill sets are critical for the future executive that you hire for your organization?

The number one thing I look for in all of our hires is a passion for radio because Hitch Radio is not a music service, but rather a radio solution. They have to be committed to our cause and they have to be in it for more than the money.

How does having an advanced degree benefit you and your clients?

My degree reminds me of how hard I worked for my education and is a constant source of pride and confidence.
