Jessie J, Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande already had one of the biggest hits of the summer with “Bang Bang,” so it’s no surprise that when these three kicked off the VMAs together their performance would be magnificent. Although Grande started off the set with a boring performance of “Break Free,” Minaj had jaws dropping with her bootylicious “Anaconda.” And the three joined forces for “Grande’s “Bang Bang,” where Jessie and Grande tore into their vocal acrobatics while Minaj fought to hold her dress together from tearing apart on stage.
