For weeks now, fans have been in an uproar about Phaedra Parks since she revealed on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” that she wasn’t sure that she’d let her two sons visit their father, Apollo Nida, in jail. Although the soon-to-be-divorced couple have been at odds with each other for months, a new report has finally revealed how Nida is keeping in touch with his sons.
According to RadarOnline.com, Nida has been able to communicate with his sons, Ayden and Dylan, while he serves time at a Kentucky correctional facility.
“Phaedra lets the boys talk with their father anytime and every time he calls; they last spoke as recently as yesterday,” Parks’ rep Steve Honig said.
Although Honig never explains whether the boys actually physically visit their father, he assures that Parks has been doing her best to make sure that they stay in communication with their father.
“Phaedra also has the boys write him letters and draw him pictures, which she sends to him,” Honig continued. “She goes out of her way to enable the boys to communicate with their father, and anyone who says otherwise is lying.”
“Phaedra is as always, focused on the boys, and being a great mother to them,” Honig added.
We’re glad that Parks is allowing the kids to stay in contact with their dad and we hope their relationship with their dad can remain as drama free as possible over the next eight years. – nicholas robinson
