3. Get to know your neighbors … the ones who live in front of you, in back of you, above you, below you, and on either side. Act neighborly. Show a genuine interest in their well-being. Demonstrate what it is to keep our properties clean, well lit and safe. Have an expectation of one for all, where safety and fairness is the rule, and where one neighbor joins with another to ensure that this is a reality every day, all day.
