Fraternity sends racist card with doll named Beyoncé

An all-white fraternity at the University of Pennsylvania has been accused of racism. According to Philly.com, members of the Phi Delta Theta released a Christmas card that many viewed as offensive.

In the Christmas card that was posted on the fraternity’s Facebook page, the men were posing with a black blow-up sex doll that they named Beyoncé. One of the members received the doll as a gag gift.


Penn students who are members of the NAACP denounced the photograph by calling it misogynistic and racist.

The frat removed the picture from its Facebook page and issued an apology. However, the fraternity could still face punishment. Officials at he University of Penn are investigating the fraternity.
