Safaree Samuels apologizes to Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj’s ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels, came under some serious fire from her Barbz earlier this month when he appeared on Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club” and claimed that he helped Minaj write rhymes throughout her career.

“Yo, everybody gets help and there’s nothing wrong getting help. I’m not saying I’m biting, I’m not saying I’m the originator, this is something me and her [sic] did together. And that don’t [sic] take away from what she’s done. She’s still the top of her league,” he explained in the interview.

After the interview aired, rival radio host Ebro Darden claimed that he’d spoken with Minaj, who was allegedly angry that Samuels tried to discredit her writing skills, and Samuels suffered a barrage of digital jabs and accusations from her loyal fans.

But now Samuels has finally decided to set the record straight and he posted a lengthy apology to Minaj on his Twitter page.

Check out his full apology after the cut.
