Why a man beat a woman for refusing sex after fast-food date

Justin Jarrard Oliver could be the guy who killed chivalry. According to a report by the Palm Beach Post, the ordeal started after Oliver was given a ride by a woman and her boyfriend.

They all decided to get McDonald’s for breakfast and Oliver agreed to pay for the meals. However, Oliver wanted a favor for buying the food. He told the woman that she needed to have sex with him while she was driving.

When she refused, Oliver grabbed the woman by her hair and attempted to pull her in the backseat for sex. She stopped the car and Oliver jumped out and continued to assault the woman, pulling her arm and hitting her in the face several times. She sustained several bruises and cuts under her eye.

The woman’s boyfriend finally helped her and grabbed Oliver so she could get away from his grip. Her boyfriend drove the woman to the hospital.

Oliver was caught shortly afterward by police. He has since been charged with felony battery and false imprisonment. His bail has been set at $75,000.
