Tidal has just unveiled a new promotion designed to entice both current and potential new users of the streaming platform.

For $9.99, users can subscribe to the service and receive unlimited access for three months. At the end of the promotion, users then have the option to continue with the service at the regular price of $9.99 per month or cancel their subscription with no further charges.

In addition to the subscription promotion, it was also announced that Tidal will stream the live audio of Prince’s “Rally 4 Peace” event live from Baltimore for all users.

Tidal will match all monies donated to their official site to Baltimore youth charities and Prince will donate the proceeds of his show to the youth of Baltimore as well.

“I am honored to join Prince in his mission to inspire through the uniting power of music and be able to offer a platform where this moment can be shared globally,”  said Jay Z via a statement. “We invite all to experience the music and contribute in their own way to promote peace, tolerance and understanding. Our prayers go out to Freddie Gray’s family and every family affected by brutality and senseless violence.”

Prince is scheduled to perform Sunday, May 10 at Baltimore’s Royal Farms Arena.
